Oceana Dorada is set along Oaxaca’s emerging Pacific coastline, in the region of Santa Cruz Bamba—an area defined by raw beauty, privacy, and untapped potential.

Spanning over 500 hectares (1,200+ acres), this private coastal land offers a rare combination of scale and seclusion, with over 2 kilometers of beachfront and elevated terrain rising to panoramic vantage points above the ocean.

Despite its sense of escape, the sanctuary remains easily accessible. The nearest airport in Ixtepec is just a short regional connection from Mexico City, followed by a scenic drive along Highway 200 to the coast. Additional access through the Huatulco region (La Crucecita) places international travel within reach—while still preserving the untouched character of the area.

From the main highway, the property is only minutes from the shoreline, with multiple access points leading down to the beach. Elevated up to approximately 360 feet above sea level, Oceana Dorada captures sweeping views of both the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding natural landscape.

Essential services are close at hand, with hospitals located in Salina Cruz (approximately 45 minutes away) and the greater Huatulco area within a comfortable drive.
